Biography of Pastor Steve Pinto:

Steve Pinto is the Student Ministry Pastor at Faro Church, in Lake Forest, California.

Steve attended the Latin American Bible Institute (LABI) where he graduated in 2001 with the highest honors. After graduating from LABI he transferred to Vanguard University in Southern California, to continue his education in pastoral and ministerial studies. During the interim of his studies he helped his brother and Senior Pastor Joshua Pinto start “Faro Church”, a bilingual and multi-cultural church plant in Lake Forest, California (www.farous.org). Faro Church celebrated their eighth anniversary this past November (2010) where to date Steve sits on the board of Elders. Pastor Steve is also an adjunct faculty member for LABI-FARO, a satellite extensions campus of LABI in Lake Forest, CA where he is also the Extension Coordinator.

Steve’s knowledge of God’s Word and love for people mixed with his high energy and sense of humor has been a powerful tool in God’s hands to reach out to today’s youth. Steve has served students as a Campus Pastor (LABI 2004-2008), speaker, and translator.

He is frequently invited to preach at various youth events, camps, and concerts, throughout the state and beyond. Among many other opportunities, Steve enjoys short term missions where he has served as an interpreter for more than 12 years. In 2008-2009 Steve served as the Key Note speaker for Azusa Pacific University’s Mexico Outreach. Steve along with his friend and co-host Henry Thomas have a pod cast called “The Steve & Henry Show” that brings God’s word to youth in a contemporary way.

Steve enjoys playing soccer and lives in Irvine, CA. He is married to Diane and has two children, Alexi Grace (3), and a Son, Nathan Canaan (2).

Biography of Pastor Ricky Trinidad III:

Ricardo Trinidad III is a versatile musician and speaker in the areas of church worship and church ministry. Before joining Faro Church as Worship Pastor, Ricky served in several areas of ministry as a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and Worship Leader in the greater Los Angeles area and in Seattle, Washington.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Ricky is a sought after worshiper, studio musician, and teacher, who is best known for his original and unique musical arrangements, and his drum and bass playing ability. Ricky has performed in television productions such as the “1998 Teen Choice Awards” and led an award winning drum line for Los Altos High School in 2000 and 2001.

Pastor Ricky has always loved music. He began playing the drums at the age of 4 and quickly moved on to other instruments. Ever since he played his first notes, he has appeared regularly on various stages such as formal halls, church venues, cafés and outdoor festivals.

Ricky is a graduate of The Latin American Bible Institute in La Puente, California and is a candidate for a BS in Music Production from Full Sail University. Pastor Ricky comes from a professional back round of bank operations, small business, mortgage loans and consumer banking.

Ricky lives in Lake Forest, California with his wife Zaida and his two children, Josiah and Katheryn.

Biography of Pastor Henry Thomas:

Henry’s call for ministry started 14 years ago. Henry’s smile and upbeat attitude has allowed him to serve the people of Orange County, Faro Church, and His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Henry has continued to grow in different aspects of ministry as a Sunday School Teacher, teaching on Wednesday night Bible Studies, and currently as the Media Pastor. Henry’s love for the fine arts has allowed him to continue with his studies and has enrolled at Full Sail University to finish his undergrad and graduate work in Media Design. Henry’s goal is to share God’s message of love, forgiveness, and grace to all the diverse people around the world. Henry’s dream is to simply teach Jesus and to instruct the arts of media design through different platforms of technology.

Henry currently resides in Trabuco Canyon, California with his wife Betty, and daughter Elizabeth.
